Horrible plastic smell and cheaply made. Good customer service though. The product is really bad.

We really love this mat. I contemplated a less expensive one, but it’s so well-made, we worry less about bumps and it encourages us to play on the floor with our little one so much more than we would on hardwood floors.

Great product! Easy to clean. However, I wish it felt more cushiony than firm.
