Camellia Deep Collagen Milky PDRN Toner 150ml

Honestly, not impressed. I think that you can find much better Milky Toners out there. As you can see from my picture it’s a very watery consistency for a milky toner. It does feel good on the skin but I don’t find that it gives much or does much in terms of moisture or improving my skin’s appearance.
