The material is thick A1. Im 6 ft 230lbs I usually wear XL t shirts. I bought the XL it fit really baggy so I gave it to my son who’s 6’3 230 and it fit him nice with a good baggy fit. I bought myself the Large the second time and it fits just right not too baggy not too fit to match the oversized look on the Large pants. At my size even the medium would fit if you like the real fit look
