Poor sizing

I wear a size 10 charlie B pants. I ordered these shorts, on sale, no returns, final sale, in a size 10.I wasn't worried as that is the size I wear in Charlie B. I couldn't even button them. When I emailed them about my issue they simply regurgitate the policy. I feel the pants are missed sized. I am done with Charlie B.
