This wasn’t my favorite, only because I didn’t realize I’m not a fan of biting into baked apples with my cookie 🤭 The oats were a delicious combination with the apple spices. Maybe the middle could have only the cinnamon sauce with maybe diced apples throughout the cookie? Definitely not a deterrent for me coming back though!
