LUXE K IPL Hair Removal Device

Easy to use, yet I felt the info provided was a bit lacking. I’ve been using it for 3 weeks - far too early to tell if it’s working yet.

I discovered I cannot use the device because I have red hair. I tried to return it, but could not because I opened the package when it arrived. So not a good experience, but just myself to blame.

It came with no charger. I emailed support and didn't hear back
