GRIT

Great product. Actually feels gritty when you scoop a little out of the tin, but as you work it in your hands, it smooths and softens and applies very nicely. Nice natural look, and great hold.

Not a fan.

Grit is a good word for this product. I don’t know if I really understood what this was when I ordered. Not a fan of the feel in my hand. In my hair it’s fine but trying to get all the “grit” smoothed in was a challenge. Maybe it’s user error. I love many other HWG products. This one was a miss for me.

Hands down the best hair clay for hold that I’ve ever used. And I’ve used a lot. A real lot.
