The only reason I’m giving it a 4 star is because the lack of information on the preparation before you apply the product. The product itself is incredible! I’ve used other numbing creams that give you a very specific regiment to follow before applying. I’ve done two sessions with this cream, one I just applied the other I did the same regiment I did with the others. The difference was night and day! When I just applied it I got around 2 & 1/2 hours of almost completely numb. Following the regiment I had 4 & 1/2 hours of completely being numb, followed by a additional 2 hours of numb in certain spots and not in others!
