Refurbished Nimo 17.3 FHD N172 AMD R9-6950H Laptop-Grade B

So far, so good

I've bought refurbished before without a problem, so hoping the same for this laptop. I'm still getting the feel for this laptop coming from a Chromebook, with a Windows xp pc before that....so far so good.

As good as I hoped it would be!

So far it has been doing great for everything I use it for. Some work, some research, and a moderate amount of gaming. The only thing that I was surprised about is that it did not pick up the WiFi in my house and I couldn't find anything Wifi on the laptop lol. Apparently it is Bluetooth ready, but I guess it isn't WiFi capable. First laptop I've ever seen that didn't have WiFi, but I've generally always had desktop PC's in the past. I've been on very few laptops and the ones I have operated were specifically setup to run on WiFi and were for work only. Looks like I will have to do some reading. I currently have T-Mobile internet, 5G, and the laptop wasn't picking it up. Thankfully I have a USB WiFi device, and it connected right away, but I have a feeling that its connection is slower than what this laptop is capable of. Unfortunately, I needed it up and running right away and have not had much time to study my "new toy". When I was looking at it before I purchased it, I don't recall seeing anything mentioning that it was not WiFi capable, or that it was Bluetooth lol. But I was only really looking at the processor and gaming capabilities lol. Overall, been a great laptop for the price. I think I'm just going to add a WiFi card and also, do some reading on the Bluetooth capabilities. I feel like there should be a way to get it to communicate with the T-Mobile 5G gateway, but my IT guy, (my brother), moved away lol. While I am PC tech adept, I tend to be lazy with it. Grade B runs great and looks brand new

It says Grade B but it looks and feels brand new and has been running perfectly so far!
