Poor customer care service
I bought two rings that came damaged in the plain envelope they were sent in , the envelope was torn and one ring was missing. They were not wrapped or anything just placed in a white envelope and mailed with no receipt. I reached out to the seller twice requesting a receipt to put in a claim with the USPC and did not get a response to either message. I guess I’m just out the ring and the money. Would not order from this company again due to improper packaging, loss of product and money I paid for the ring and no response from them.
