I followed the measurements on your size guide but the bra are too loose on boobs. I asked for an exchange and was told there are no exchanges during Black Friday, which feels really unfair. I actually checked your policy once before the sale started, and it clearly said refunds were available — there was nothing about different Black Friday rules. No one would think they need to re-check the policy again just because it’s a sale
