This review should be listed under "first impressions". I ordered just one container of this product. I am a 70 year old biological male. The instructions recommend taking twice a day. To start I have been taking one dose a day after my mid-day meal and my other daily supplements. By experience I ease in to adding new vitamins to my regimen. On this limited dosing my anecdotal observation is: I sleep for longer periods at night. And my sleep is more consistent. I consider this a pretty pricey product so I'll be looking to order at more reasonable pricing.

I consider myself a young person at 40. I'm fairly active, eat decent and thought I'm not doing anything to support my brain so lets try this. After about 6 weeks of taking Daily Brain Care, I noticed I'm feeling more intrigued by my work and generally just "awake". What shocks me the most is that I've searched for help with daily tiredness even since I was in college. I didn't expect this to help SO much with they afternoon slump!
