Raregen Lumi 18" | Silk-Inserted Lace Top Wig – Light Ash Blonde Blend

I ordered this one but the colour was to grey looking for my complexion, so I returned it . But I have to say the quality of the hair was really good thick heavy hair had it been more a cream blonde I would have kept it .

The wig was beautiful quality when it arrived but unfortunately the roots were too dark for my liking, so I had to return. I have ordered a different colour which hopefully will be a better match to my own hair. However, I cannot praise Raregen’s customer service highly enough. My initial delivery went astray after Royal Mail did not deliver as my instructions, this was in no way Raregens fault, but they sent a replacement ASAP with no issues or delays. I have already recommended the company to friends based on this.

I couldn't have had a better experience than I did with Raregen. I have tried so many wigs and toppers because of cancer treatments and alopecia. Rachel worked with me for several weeks finding the right fit. I had to return one that was too small, and customer service with Rachel was amazing. This wig feels so comfortable and looks so natural and amazing. I had it cut at the salon and my hairdresser told me that she could spot a hairpiece for a thousand yards away and she couldn't have known it was a wig. She sells wigs and said the hair quality was wonderful. The confidence I feel when wearing it is priceless. I will be buying more and have already recommended it to friends. When they say, 'you're hair looks amazing', I just say, 'this is a wig'. They can't believe it. I believe in being honest about wearing a wig because there are so many women like me with hair issues.
