The Premium Ball Marker is a great-quality product and exactly what I was hoping for. What impressed me even more, though, was the customer service. There was an error during shipping and the Premium Ball Marker was accidentally left out of my order. I contacted the company, and they immediately went out of their way to make it right. Not only did they quickly correct the issue, but they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Mistakes can happen with any order, but how a company responds says a lot about them.
