It was okay but I wouldn’t buy them again. I don’t drink much but I tried it in the night I had two drinks. It made me super jittery after taking them and I still struggled quite a bit the next day.

I tried it a few times when i was going out to have cocktails and took them in the am as well. I really didn’t feel any difference so far. I did try focus & energy supplements before the gym and they seemed to work great. Id love to try that product for the month so i can give it an honest review.
