New Favorite Roaster!

This is my new favorite pour over coffee of choice. Silky but not thin, stout but smooth. I have other coffees in my rotation, but I always looks forward to brewing this when it's its turn. My other 2 coffees include a light roasted Ethiopian (deep blueberry), and a Costa Rican (bright acidic orange) and this "Red" flavor if you're into describing coffee flavors by color. Definitely my new favorite roaster as I've tried several of the darker roasted espressos
