Civilian Grade Stat Clock (Oversized)

I want to give a five star review. Unforunatly, the last two digits on the clock keeps getting stuck. Every other dial works with a little bit of resistance but the final dial kept getting stuck at “3” and the last two get stuck went they are both set to “9”.
