With my most recent order, I had a small issue with the sprayer—it wasn’t spraying properly. This was the first time I’d ever had any issue with an order from them, and since I had specifically purchased the fragrance for my vacation, I reached out to let them know. They responded immediately and, without any hassle, sent me a replacement fragrance completely free of charge. I truly appreciated how quickly and professionally they handled everything!
