First Time Olio Girl

I bought it for its polyphenol content and use it daily if I can on my lunch time salad. I had a little taste of it when it arrived and it is quite bitter but when I have it as a salad dressed with apple cider vinegar it doesn’t affect it. I love the tins as well!

I'm always looking for a fresh peppery olive oil made in Australia so when I find a new one I haven't yet used I'm only very excited to try it out and share with my family and friends. Great tin container as well. Well worth the money and arrived on time.
