LOBSTER KNUCKLE MEAT (8oz)

Absolutely horrible. Horrible communication, came completely defrosted, warm and mushy. Smelled horrible. No dry ice, just an ice pack that leaked everywhere. Contacted customer service, nope, had to file a claim. Ordered on 9/18, delivered 10/6. Filed claim 10/6, only to be told the video/pictures weren’t supported. Still have not heard back from claims. PLEASE PLEASE think twice before ordering from this company. If something goes wrong, there is no customer service. Just automated emails. Terrible all the way around.

Fast delivery, still frozen solid when it arrived.The lobster and crab were very good. I never thought I would see the day, eating lobster and crab, that I would say I can't eat anymore. It happened. I will definitely order again.
