One of the issues using a neck strap such as “Peak Design” is that the camera swings when walking on uneven ground when both hands are needed for balance, etc especially if a heavy lens is attached. Similarly, I find a heavy lens is not completely comfortable attached only to the spider when traversing difficult terrain. Under these circumstances I use both neck strap and spider. The spider both stabilizes and takes much of the weight of the camera/lens the neck discomfort is much reduced. The camera/lens no longer swings around and both hands remain free.

Way more comfortable than a neck strap! This is the way to go! They should include the screws for these holes. It just flops around without them. I went to Ace Hardware and had to buy my own. They refused to send them to me. I shouldn’t have to do this for 2 little screws

Best Camera Holster System on the market!!

I could not recommend the Spider Holster V3 system more! It has been a game changer for me! Love the style and functionality of them!
