I wear a size 11 for EVERYTHING. Yet my feet were swimming in the 11s. I returned them and got a size 10 instead. Still, I had to pay to ship them back on top of a $10 "restocking fee" which was really just a fee to try then on. So I paid $93, and got only $74 back after return. I thought this was petty, particularly when their sizing is off (which is likely to be the case given that they only do full sizes).
