Petal Skirt

Beautiful skirt and well made but I dont think it runs large like the conpany says it does. I went wirh xs because I wear xs in the shorties (the s is too big in thr shorties) and according to the size chart, the xs match my measurements. But it was a little tight and too short for me. Mailed back to exchange for the size S!
