Jacks customer service is the best. The Rios boots came in as described and were beautiful. Unfortunately, they didn’t fit which can happen with hand made boots. Also, Rios’ Milan toe is known to run more narrow than their other toe styles. It is one of the toe styles that was totally developed at Rios over the years.
