I love that I don't need to drink it with coffee!!!

I love that I don't need to drink it with coffee. I used to have 3 to 4 coffees a day. Now I have 1 or 2 max in the morning. Then in the early afternoon, I add the powder to my water. I love it.

Need more time for an accurate review.

I only received my order about 2 weeks ago and began taking it last week. I will be 80 in seven weeks and am active and relatively healthy. Over the last 6 months I have noticed a decline in my energy and general well being - hence ordering. We are in a heat wave situation which is interfering with my general energy. As a result I am reluctant to provide a genuine review of the powder.

My 2nd time purchasing this product and i like it a lot! Ive tried other mushroom blends but this one is my fave because of the flavour and how well it mixes in my coffee. We stopped adding cream and sugar some time ago so this has been a healthy change. Love it!
