Deadwood Oil Based Pomade

Deadwood smells so good! I have a huge lineup of pomades lol, but I had to give this one a shot in case it doesn’t stick around. I hope it does!

I am a loyal and frequent customer of Johnny Slick's pomades because they smell great, feel clean, and make my hair look professional. So, when they release a new scent - I have to purchase one to experience the fragrance. Deadwood is a subtle, masculine scent that I enjoy. It is hard to pin down an exact familiar smell, but I hope this becomes one that is regularly stocked.

The product is great. The AI running sales, shipping, and customer service is horrendous. I paid to have my product shipped and then, when I used their AI’s recommended method, was charged an additional fee to receive my order. When I attempted to contact customer service, I couldn’t get a human and again was told by their AI “Slick Bot” to go tread water. I will finish this order because it’s a great product. Then I will switch to a different product at a local store run by humans. Their AI is so buggy it asked me to write this review after I already told it I was never buying from them again
