Slow service and slow updates.

On May 28, 2024 I placed and order with Medsitis for 2 cases of IsoSource 1500ml (Order #28029) and received an email om May 29 stating the product was on backorder. That was the one and only update received. My credit card was charged immediately, so Medsitis has has my money for a month (today is June 28, 2024). While I understand backorders take time, updates sure would be appreciated. I have called the published office phone number, only hearing "please enter your parties extension number", then I get dumped. I have NEVER been able to communicate with anyone at Medsitis via phone or email. I would have to give customer service and follow-up, a failure. This will probably be ignored or trashed as most reviews of this type are. Bob
