My product arrived broken. After getting rid of the chatbot and talking to an employee, it was replaced within days after a nice, HUMAN conversation. Love the blush!

Blush
Hello’ I appreciate the fact that my order was delivered in the timely fashion and also when I had some problems in previous orders that your company was very commenting in correcting those those problems. So thank you.! I did appreciate my new order which was a different kind of blush. I have to say that I’m always sad when you can discontinue a shade that I really like.. in this case it was a strawberry blush. So I ordered the strawberry fusion infusion whatever. It’s a little different.. I really wish you would continue some of those shades. Otherwise, my experience was very positive, so thank you.

Colors appear darker on skin than in pan
I would say the pigmentation/opacity is medium. These are shimmery (not sheen-y). As somebody who prefers matte blushes, I think they are not OVERLY shimmery, when the two sides are swirled together. But that shimmer definitely shows up.
They seem to be quite dusty, so I have to be careful swirling my brush in the pan. It might be less of an issue if you use a small blush brush. The pan is 1.5" by 2", so I think it would be hard to use a big blush brush and not fluff powder everywhere.
The last thing I want to note is that I bought shades "Lychee" and "Chai", and I feel that both appear darker and more saturated on my face than they do in the pan. I suspect that it has to do with being put on top of "wet" or oily products like sunscreen, because they look darker on my face (on top of skincare and other makeup) than they do swatched on just the back of my hand. I expected "Chai" to be a very nude, subtle beige-y color but it shows up quite rosy. Still pretty, just unfortunately not as unique as I had hoped it would be.
