Brilliant. It’s sturdy and does what it says in the instructions. Not only that it is great fun. Set it up a few days ago and have been on it ever since. Oh, and by the way ,I am 82 😂🤣

My husband decided this would be a good idea and he was right. Find it very beneficial as I’m unable to do much exercise apart from walking. I find the vibration plate to make me feel more energised. My husband also uses the plate and also finds it beneficial.
