I love Boxcar! I owned a small coffee and bubble tea shop for 5 years, and Boxcar was our house blend for both pourovers and for espresso. It's rich and smooth and warm... I don't own the shop anymore, but Boxcar is my absolute number one "Pour a cup (15:1), sit back and watch it rain outside while I'm warm and comfortable (optionsl cat on lap) coffee." It's my ideal go-to blend!
