terrible customer service or should i say almost nonexistent!!!! no one answers the service center line, i wrote several emails to try to get the lid open on this thing with no help except to call the service center! i really wanted to keep it if it worked but didn’t even get a chance to try it!!! so sad- had to be returned 😢

I love all stainless inner pot. I hope It lasts a long time. Korean rice cookers are the best quality!
