Incredible experience. Had a great time playing with the puppies and the yoga is very begginer friendly. Already booked my second class.

1. The customer communication was poorly provided. Before the class we had tickets problem but no phone number could be found. Writing in email was not responded, not helpful at all. 2. During the session, the puppies was getting tired, or too comfortable on some one's laps. They slept through the whole yoga session. Most of the attendancees did not get to experience the fun of the puppies. It's understandable that it's the nature of the puppies, so it enhances the conclusion that puppies and yoga don't work well.

I was really excited to try Puppies & Yoga, especially after seeing all the cute videos on Instagram—but honestly, it didn’t live up to the hype. It just goes to show that looks can be deceiving. The class felt more like a stretching session than an actual yoga class. It was loud, with people constantly talking, and the space was overcrowded. There were too many mats and people packed in, so it definitely didn’t have that calm, zen vibe you expect from yoga. One of the biggest letdowns was the puppies. You’d think they’d be roaming around during the class, but that wasn’t the case. In my session, a group of ladies in the front basically kept all the puppies to themselves. They weren’t participating in the yoga at all—just playing with the pups the entire time. Meanwhile, the rest of us didn’t get any interaction until the very end, after the yoga session was over. What made it more frustrating was that the instructor and staff could clearly see what was happening but didn’t step in to make it more fair for everyone. It felt like there weren’t enough puppies for the number of people in the class. Overall, it didn’t feel like you were getting the “yoga + puppies” experience that was advertised.
