Sea to Summit have thought of everything you need in a Sleeping bag. It offers comfort, width (if you side sleep and roll), warmth and light enough to take overnight hiking and packs down well. The zip system is designed to allow flexibility with your sleep system which Ive found other brands cannot match. I will plan to take this with family and solo hiking trips. I would recommend you try it first as I preferred the long version for the extra width at the legs although I was sacrificing some warmth. Overall its worth the price and investment
