Great coffee, did great after resting a couple weeks. in the first couple weeks it was easy to make it a little too astringent so the rest was important for my process. The best part is if you leave the Pourover rig sitting with the grounds out your space will smell like peaches until you toss it

Single-handedly the best coffee I have ever brewed at home. Perfectly roasted, varied tasting notes, and I was really excited to have everyone I hosted try it.

Increadible coffee! I was able to share my first sip experience with a group of guys from church and we loved it. It is the perfect balance of funky/fun and subtle. Some co-ferments are overdone and unejoyable. But this coffee was great and well rounded. As it cooled it was still delicious, helping the peach flavor pop a bit more in contrast with the other tasting notes.
