Creatine

My partner and I have been trying this creatine and we loved it! Compared to other brands, it dissolves into water perfectly and none to minimal gastrointestinal symptoms. Highly recommended!

I only consume 3 grams per day, as innitially it made me bloated. I use this creatine to help my perimenopause - that specifically target for preserving muscle and boost my cognitive function. The only dowside from this product is because I can't find any measuring spoon inside the container. I measure the weigh and use my own measuring spoon instead. But would be handy if it comes with a measuring spoon. Or else, would also be great if you have it in a Veggie capsule forms, so I don't need to break my Creatine consumption during travelling.

I think it's too early to do a proper review, in regards to the benefits: energy or muscle repair wise (hence I can not give 5 stars yet). However the ceratine is free of taste, which is great because it is easy to have 1tsp everyday. Mixes well into water and easy to drink!
