I absolutely love my Cartel Brooklyn Stretch Women's Plus Size Ski Jacket! I can't wait to wear it for Christmas in Minnesota. Georgia and D were amazing—so helpful with advice on whether it would be warm enough and making sure I got the right size. Their customer service was exceptional, and the jacket is everything I hoped for. Highly recommend both the jacket and the wonderful team behind it!

The quality of this jacket is so nice. The jacket was really warm for a cold day at the snow. It’s a really lovely jacket and I recommend it for cold day. Plus it kept me dry and I was sitting in the snow when playing with all of our children. Also just as a side note, the service at this store was phenomenal. Georgia was so lovely and patient, I purchased online and needed to size up. I booked a time, in store, to be fitted for the correct size and Georgia went out of her way to ensure I was happy with my end purchase. Thank you so much Georgia.
