I like the feel of this paste, enjoy brushing, and even though I’m not brushing more often or with a different tool, the dentist has said that my gum measurements seem better than a year ago.

I hought this and the strong mint ! Its difdarent then store bough tooth past . Doesnt have the abrasive flouride in it , but it jusf makes my teeth feel bettet ! The cinnamon is a nice change ! Its strong to me , but it doesnt burn or last long after brushing ! And thats a goid thing to me !

I bought the mint, and got t he cinnamon for the wife, I notice a good difference and the fife said after not brushing for a cupple days that the teeth were a bit off, brushed and back to normal, she like the smooth teeth feel as do I.
