Run small

I am 4'9 and 136 , I used size small on latex glove (for work) and this ones run smaller . The grip is excelenlent will recommend it.

Best grips ever!!

I’ve been doing CrossFit for close to 20 years and have never been this happy with a pair of grips. They are comfortable and very well constructed. I have had mine for over a year with no need to replace but ordered some more so I can share with friends. Once they “feel” the grip on the bar, they’re hocked and order their own pair.
