Toyota Camry 2021-2024 Mounting Base V2

Not A “Worthwhile Trade-Off”

Supposedly the V2 base fixed issues of it falling but we will see. Tightening the screws is an exercise of madness. I gave up several times when things were misaligned and finally had my dad help me. There HAS to be a better way to tighten secure the devise and you should get rid of the screws guys. We will see how it performs going forward…

These guys strive for perfection....

There are very few things more valuable in business than a company that stands behind its product and does whatever is necessary to make it right. I bought a previous version and had some issues with it. I left an honest review, which may have been a little bit tougher than I wanted, just because my expectations with the product were high. The idea is perfect, the materials used are top-notch, and the manufacturing quality is outstanding, but there was a minor design detail in the base that would cloud all those great things. I was not expecting anybody to notice my review, but shortly after, I was contacted by team OFFROAM. They seemed genuinely interested in improving my experience and finding out what the issue was. After several emails back and forth, they shared that they were redesigning the base to address the issue. Shortly after that, a replacement part arrived at my home completely free of charge. After using it for over a month now, I can say that I hit the nail on the head this time. It is perfect!!!!! I would buy from these guys again in the future and recommend everybody give them a chance. They surely know what they are doing, how to keep their customers happy, and wont stop until getting it right.

Much Improved

So I loved the design of v1, but it had some technical flaws that have been addressed in v2. The inserts into the molding are sturdier and supports the molding expanding in carolina summer heat to hold in place even the heavier phones like my s23 ultra. Customer service was awesome as well as they identified my issues and tested in their labs and confirmed. Super impressed...I was disappointed getting into my Camry without the mount and now it feels complete again.
