I ordered directly from Happy Memories Don’t Die, and the shipping took far longer than expected. I emailed for an update and never heard back. When the package finally arrived, the box was badly crushed. Thankfully, the bag itself was in great shape, but the delay, lack of communication, and damaged packaging were disappointing.
