I had a very disappointing experience with this seller. Before purchasing, I specifically asked about the authenticity of the shoes and was assured they were genuine. The item was also listed as authentic across multiple platforms, which gave me confidence to proceed with the purchase. However, after receiving the shoes, I had them checked by a third-party authentication service and two independent professionals, all of whom confirmed that the shoes are counterfeit. When I contacted the seller to resolve the issue, I was only offered store credit instead of a full refund, despite the item being misrepresented. As someone who values authentic products, this experience was frustrating and unacceptable. I cannot recommend this seller based on my experience.
