The product itself was great. But despite being shipped to Canada, the company, or maybe Shop, sent it THROUGH the US first, and added a 35 dollar customs charge between the US and Canada. The recipient ended up paying that fee, which cost more than the product OR shipping. It's a birthday present, and unexpected charges are not fun.
