This is embroidery?

I selected chenille patches and I’m a little confused because what you sent is both embroidery and just a little bit of the Chenille patch in the red of my design. The main thing of these patches was to have it all Chenille so I don’t understand why it’s a mix of both when I selected them chenille patch Category and all the images showed all fuzzy Chenille no embroidery mixed. You guys contacted me about the black in my logo, but did not mention that this was going to be embroidery stitched and Chenille stitched I thought this was all chenille… although the embroidery is nice it’s not what I thought I was getting . this is basically an embroided patch with a chenille boarder
