Wish i could return

I even emailed that and never got a response. Right after getting but had already tossed packaging. . . i wish I had gotten a bit pricier one bc it had feet which im shocked that any quality bag doesn't have them. And the single strap edges are uncomfortable. and i wish it had an exterior pocket like the other one i was viewing. If someone would contact me that'd be great!!! I'd love to return and buy the other one.
