We ordered and paid for the furniture on the 15th of April, received an email confirmation and that was all. We had to call the company to get a delivery date, we were told that it would ship on the 24th of April, it actually shipped on the 28th of April - we received the transportation company shipping number and were able to track the shipment with a delivery date of 1 May. The shipment was not received until the 4th. We had to contact Starsong multiple times and were told that the only means of communication with the logistical company via email. We were called on the 7th of May with a Delivery on the 8th of May. The furniture is really nice and came completely put together which was really a nice surprise. The poor communication was the most annoying part of the transaction. Otherwise, we are very happy
