Upon receiving my merch and after inspecting it, I discovered I received a defective sweatshirt with a hole in the kangaroo pocket. Immediately I sent an email requesting a return shipping label and an even exchange but have yet to receive a response from the owner. So as a result, I’m rating 3-stars only but will be open to updating my rating when I receive a satisfactory outcome.
