Do not by this!!!! The picture is so horrible that you can’t even focus it enough to set it up. It has to be less than 6’ from the screen to even see the words in a pitch black room. This is what it looks like outside and it won’t adjust the square corners of the projection. The free screen was as thin as a piece of songle-ply tissue. Let’s no even talk about the sound quality or more realistic the lack os sound. Very disappointing! Wish i would have opened it up when it came vs holding it for a birthday present.

Your return policy is deceptive and not right! Your website promises, “If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase… we will refund you the full purchase price, no questions asked.” That is absolutely not true. What you conveniently fail to disclose is that customers are expected to pay to ship the product back to China, even though it was shipped from a U.S. warehouse in the first place. The return shipping costs almost as much as the product, which makes your so-called “full refund” policy virtually impossible to use and a total misrepresentation of the reality. This feels less like a customer-friendly return policy and more like a strategy designed to discourage returns by making them financially unrealistic. If this is how your business operates, be honest about it. Stop advertising “no questions asked” refunds when there are significant costs that completely undermine the promise. I won’t be buying from this company again, and I would encourage anyone considering a purchase to read the return policy very carefully before ordering.

The picture shows much smaller than I expected and the screen or piece of cloth that came with it was very small, certainly not a 100” screen that it was supposed to be. The sound quality was also terrible. I guess I just expected too much. Wish I could just return it. I bought it for my gazebo outside, but this little thing wound up working better in my semi.
