Honestly, I had a great experience with Victoria and I think that made it for me. Don't get me wrong, I love the shoes, they're pretty comfortable from the get go and I imagine they'll just become moreso as I wear them. But the customer service takes it to the next level, and it started way before I even bought the shoes, let alone received them. I usually go for half sizes or size up in shoes and I've never really worn heels so I got in touch, with my foot measurements so I could ensure I was buying the right size, and she was able to advise me on this, I ended up going for a 39. When they arrived after a few try-ons around the house I knew I wanted these shoes in my collection - especially as a person who is almost exclusively in trainers, they're such a versatile shoe - however I was concerned that they were a bit too small length wise. I got in contact again with Victoria, who was incredibly patient with me especially since I was worried about needing to reorder and the customs process for returning, and she talked me through the options. She never tried to convince me to keep them if I didn't want to (which I appreciated because I feel like sometimes people will try and convince you that something is right, when it isn't), buy explained if I went to a size up (a 40 in this case) it would give me more length but the strap across the toe area would also be bigger and with my measurements a 39 would be more suited especially as the shoe wears in the future, but ultimately if I wanted to try the different size she would accommodate me where possible. All this to say, I kept the shoes and I couldn't be happier with my experience and I will definitely be ordering more in the future. The only thing I would say, is in the future I hope they offer silver buckles as an option as I'm a silver girl through and through!
