Organic Benji Hoodie Red

Upon receiving this sweatshirt I was very pleased. Once I washed it the fabric pulled and became deformed. I tried comtacting customer service through the chat and was told it was my fault, so they will not replace it. They would give me. 20% discount on my next order. I expected the item to be replaced as their website clearly states “Washing machine and dryer friendly”. After ordering yearly this is the first time this has occurred. The thing is I washed it with the same items I’ve washed eveeything else with and in the same washer and dryer. They claim it’s my fault but the other items in the same load were fine. Vwry disappointed and I don’t think ill order again if this is a possibility considering the price.
