3RD GEN TUNDRA STAINLESS STEEL BED STIFFENERS

Excellent product, fit perfectly and about 30 mins installation time.

Easy install. If you have a spray liner bed, it takes a lil longer since you have to remove that over the main bottom bolt. The product is sturdy and I didn’t drill into the bed on the top. Maybe I will down the road but I’m not worried. I put the washer below the bed stiffener to eliminate the space in between the bed and the bottom of the bed stiffener drill area. I’m prepping for a bed rack and rooftop tent in the future and this is a great addition to my Tundra setup.

Well made and thick. Fit perfect. I did not use the optional bolt hole. I wont really know how well they did for a few years but I am optimistic. International shipping was fast. My bed was coated at the factory with a few millimeters of bed liner. Seemed like more than shown in the installation video. I didnt want to remove extra liner material. So I pulled the washers off the large torx bolts and put the washers back into the same hole in the liner. Then I put the stiffeners on top of the washers, which conveniently spaced them up just the right amount and there wasnt any soft bed liner caught under the bolts. I also sprayed a bunch of new liner material on everything as it went back together, hoping to keep it all waterproof.
